British 1801 baker sword bayonet. You are bidding on an original 1801 british baker sword bayonet (no scabbard). The name on the top of blade looks like gundy (see picture) on side of blade looks like a mark over 19 (see picture). Locking spring still works and sword has a nice overall patina.
Blade has some rust & dark spots (see pictures) nto too bad for almost 200 years. Blaed measures approx. 23 inches long.
